Joni is married!

Adam has already been a part of the fam for years but now it is official-he's a Betz too-ok really Joni is a Dekemper but regardless our family is expanding and we LOVE it!!

Road Trip to South Carolina

We visited our friend Erik Carlson in Greenville South Carolina before one of our Conferences in town.

He gave us the grand tour of the downtown area, park, and some shops along the strip. A very cool city!

We had lunch and dinner at some great places with some awesome food. Cohen did great at both resturants. In this picture he keep wanting to look at people on the street. He had fun.

Later that night Erik took Cohen to his first baseball game. I was very impressed with how they entertained down there. Cohen was not as excited because he fell asleep before dark.

He even slept through the fireworks display

All and all a great trip to South Carolina -Thanks Erik:)

Happy Saint Patricks Day

We had to buy the outfit! We have turned into suckers for these wear once Holiday outfits-and we said we would never be "those" parents. Oh well how cute!.... Happy Birthday Brian or should I say UMPA!! Note the fire in the background, Cohen's first Greek experience (no boubt he loved it, especially the belly dancer!)

Food Fun

Fun with food begins at this 6 month stage for Cohen James, it took a few messy efforts but now he likes this world of FOOD!! Rice Cereal first then onto veggies--YUM!

We had a great time at Cohen's first "photo shoot"! -these were taken 2.29 his 6th month of bringing incredible joy to our lives.

Josh was the idea man for the outfit, we love the hat. Cohen acctually likes to wear it too. Naked baby is always a mother favorite. We might as well take advantage now while he still doesn't have a say in the situation! 6 months old though already! He is able to sit unassisted very well and loves to stand while holding onto your hands. P.S. He made a mess during the naked photos more than just a pee too!! The photographers weren't suprised but we sure were!!
